A small herbarium you can wear
An herbarium is a library of pressed plants. Each specimen is flattened, mounted on a sheet and given a small label with its name and where it was found. There is something calm and patient about those pages, and that feeling is what Herbariumstitch is built around.
Our designs borrow from pressed flowers, specimen sheets and the engraved plates of old botanical books: ferns and ginkgo leaves, wildflower posies, oak branches, foxglove stems and peony blooms, drawn with fine linework and set in muted greens, terracotta and cream. We print them on simple, easy-to-wear basics so the artwork can do the talking.
