Checkout at Herbariumstitch is powered by PayPal. This page explains the payment options available, how your payment is handled and what to do if a payment doesn't go through.

Accepted payment methods

PayPal is our only payment gateway. Through PayPal you can pay with:

• Your PayPal balance
• A bank account linked to your PayPal account
• A Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card through PayPal's guest checkout, with no PayPal account required

Currency, taxes and shipping

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Shipping and any applicable sales tax are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for shipping rates and delivery times.

When your order is processed

We begin processing your order only after your payment has been confirmed. Some payments may go through an additional verification step before they are confirmed.

Payment security

Our site is served over an encrypted SSL connection, and payments are completed on PayPal's secure checkout. We do not store your full card details.

Fraud prevention

To protect our customers, we may cancel, hold or decline any order that appears fraudulent, and we may ask for additional information to verify an order before it ships.

Refunds
