- Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping is free with a prepaid label once your return is approved.
- Refunds are issued within 2–5 business days after we inspect your return.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order. This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States, the only country we sell and ship to.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition, with original packaging and all tags attached
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.
Approval is required
Every return must be approved by our support team before you send it back. Items sent back without approval may be refused.
Free return shipping
Returns are free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label. Please keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.
How to start a return

- Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
- Receive your return instructions and free prepaid return label.
- Pack the items securely and send them back using the label.
- We inspect the returned items when they arrive.
- We issue your refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears. You will receive an email when the refund is issued.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution, at no cost to you.
If your package seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
