What "sale" and "sharing" mean

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state laws, a "sale" is disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" is disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity across different websites.

What we share and with whom

The only sharing on our site happens through cookies set by Google Ads and Google Analytics. These cookies may collect online identifiers, such as cookie IDs and IP address, and internet activity, such as pages viewed and interactions with our site.

We do not share your name, email address, postal address or payment information for advertising.

Service providers

We also work with service providers that process information only on our behalf to run the store, such as PayPal for payments, our email provider, DigitalOcean Spaces for file storage, OpenAI for on-site product search, Telegram for staff order notifications and shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Disclosures to these providers are not a sale or sharing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How to opt out

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in either of these ways:

• Email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share".
• Use the form below.

You do not need an account, and we do not require identity verification for an opt-out request. We will only decline a request if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe it is fraudulent, and we will tell you why.

When your opt-out takes effect

We process opt-out requests within 15 business days of receiving them. We will also notify any third parties that received your personal information for sharing during that time, and direct them to honor your choice.

Authorized agents

An authorized agent may submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you.

Global Privacy Control

Our site does not currently process Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. To opt out, please email us or use the form on this page.

After you opt out

Once you opt out, we will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.

Consumers under 16

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without prior consent: consumers aged 13 to 15 must give their own consent, and children under 13 need a parent's or guardian's consent. Our site is not directed to children.

Sensitive personal information

We do not collect sensitive personal information, so there is no need to limit its use.

Your other privacy rights

You may also ask to know, access, delete or correct your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, and may extend this by a further 45 days with notice to you. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing us with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will respond within 60 days. If you disagree with our decision, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny you goods, charge you a different price or give you a different level of service because you used any of your privacy rights.
